According to the General Department of Customs, information on declaration of C/O form KV issued by Korea is stipulated in C/O and Overleaf Notes in Annex VI of Circular No. 40/2015/TT-BCT dated November 18, 2015 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Accordingly, at box 7 of the C/O, the goods number and type, the description of the goods (including the quantity (if any) and the HS code of the importing country) must be displayed. Details for customs officers can be checked.

Regarding the HS code, the General Department of Customs said that the declaration of HS code combination for the same goods of the same type and HS code does not affect the validity of the certificate of origin of goods C/O.

Therefore, the Company shall base on the above guidance to determine the validity of information in box No.7 C/O form KV issued by Korea.
