Regulations on application of automatic import licensing regime for some steel products

On June 12, 2015, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 12/2015 / TT-BCT (Circular 12) regulating the application of automatic import licensing regime for some steel products.
 
Accordingly, Circular 12 regulates the application of automatic import licensing regime for the import of steel products. For steel products being goods temporarily imported for re-export, temporarily exported for re-import, transited or transited; Imported goods not for commercial purposes are not governed by this Circular and comply with current regulations.

After receiving the notice of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's acceptance that the online information declaration dossiers are complete and valid, traders shall submit their dossiers to the permit-granting agencies according to the provisions of Article 8. Circular 12 takes effect on July 26, 2015.
