In addition, the C / O will be issued by a C / O issuing organization or authority. Each member country is responsible for sending the list of names, addresses and specimen signatures of the C / O signatory and C / O seal holders to all other member countries through the Secretariat. ASEAN. C / O whose signature is not registered in the list above may not be accepted by the customs authorities of the importing country.

The C / O issuer may request the exporter to submit additional documentation and / or other relevant information for inspection in accordance with the regulations of the exporting Member. The information of the exporter includes the exporter's name, address and contact details.

Information about the shipment (each C / O is only applicable to one import of goods): Name and address of consignee; Information needed to confirm the shipment, such as the number of the import offer, the invoice number and date of invoice and the air waybill or bill of lading or bill of lading, port of discharge (if applicable). ).

This Circular takes effect on October 1, 2015 and replaces Circular No. 33/2009 / TT-BCT.
